By signing this form, I acknowledge that
I am personally liable for the payment of the above account if the person, company or association indicated by me as being responsible for payment of the same does not do so, that my liability for such payment shall be joint and several with such person, company or association.
A 2% surcharge will be applied to any Visa or Mastercard payments, a 3.5% surcharge will be applied to any AMEX or Diners Club payments.
A $200.00 deposit will be payable on check in in case of any incidentals or damages. This is fully refundable on check out providing no damages or extra charges are accumulated over the stay.
All apartments are non-smoking and I am liable for a $200 deodorising fee if evidence of smoking in apartment is present.
Zappeion Apartments will not be held liable for any loss, theft or damage of guest property. It is the guest's responsibility to secure valuables.
The signatory remains liable for any damages to the room or property therein, or any discrepancies incurred during their period of the room hire and due to the actions of themselves or their guests.
In the event of the foregoing, the signatory gives Zappeion Apartments the authority to charge the signatory's credit card for any losses incurred by Zappeion Apartments.
Zappeion Apartments commits that, in the event of such charges, Zappeion Apartment will post a copy of the guest's account detailing all such charges, along with a copy of the credit card transaction, to the address given by the guest when completing the sign-in document.

Full pre payment will be required at least seven days prior to arrival.

Stornierungsbedingungen

Seven day cancellation policy applies. Any bookings cancelled within seven days of arrival may incur a penalty equal to the full booking amount.
