Zorba Motel is conveniently located on the Clyde River in the heart of Batemans Bay walking distance to shops, cafe's and clubs.
Zorba Motel was the first motel to be built in Batemans Bay and proudly boasts the same family owners. It underwent refurbishment in 2014 and continues to be upgraded and well maintained. Zorba Motel prides itself on the high standard of cleanliness.

Consists of a queen bed and lounge. The lounge is NOT a sofa bed.

Please note this room type is NOT WATERFRONT. It has NO river view.
One standard family room is fully accessible.

Conditions générales
Current Credit Card details must be given to secure and confirm the booking.
For all bookings between the dates 24th December and 29th January inclusive the first nights stay will be debited from the guests credit card at time of reservation unless otherwise authorised by management.
For all bookings outside of this period the credit card will be charged before 5pm on date of arrival if guest has not checked in and paid by this time.
Full payment on arrival with cash is preferred.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Off Peak cancellations within 24 hours prior to arrival the guest will be charged 100% of first night stay rate. Outside of the 24 hours prior to arrival there is no cancellation fee.
Between 24th December and 29th January first night stay deposit is required at time of reservation. Refund honoured if cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival. Deposit is non-refundable from 14 days prior to arrival.
LATE CHECK-INS
For all check-ins after 12pm the guest will be contacted with the late check in procedure. All rooms have a key lockbox the guest can access when sent the code.
For direct bookings, cancellations can be made via phone or email. If the booking was made through a booking engine such as booking.com or expedia, guest must cancel through the booking engine.
If the guest fails to show up 100% of first nights rate will be charged to the guests credit card.
The Zorba Motel holds the right to validate a guests credit card at any time prior to arrival. If credit card is declined the guests reservation will be cancelled out.

Politique d'annulation
During Peak Season full refund of deposit will be issued if cancelled atleast 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the 1 nights stay deposit.
During off peak periods there is no cancellation fee if the motel is notified within 24 hours of arrival. If not notified at all or within the 24hrs then the first nights stay will be charged to the credit card provided.
