The Mouses House Rainforest Retreat in Springbrook is arguably the most unique rainforest chalet accommodation resort of its type in Australia. Located in the World Heritage listed Warrie National Park in the Gold Coast Hinterland with a AAA 4 star and 4.5-star rating. Multi award winner from ABIA, HMAA, Holiday's for Couples and QLD Tourism, the Mouses House Retreat consists of 14 delightful Rainforest Chalets most with a loft. All chalets host a range of modern and luxury inclusions.
Each of our romantic and cosy rainforest chalets feature:

Durch Ihre Anzahlung erklären Sie die unten aufgeführten allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen vollständig zu akzeptieren:
* Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass Gäste Reiseversicherung (besonders für längere Aufenthalte) aufnehmen um Absage, Verlust der Anzahlung, medizinische und andere Notfälle zu decken.
* Im Tarif inbegriffen ist Brennholz und freie Benützung des Wi-Fi Internet, Sprudelbecken, Sauna, Tennisplatz, Fahrräder und Filme auf Abruf.
* Zusätzliche Artikel wie Esswarenkörbe, Telefongespräche, gekaufte Getränke, etc, müssen vor der Abreise bezahlt werden, sonst werden Kosten automatisch Ihrer Kreditkarte belastet.
* Gäste haften für Schäden, Verlust oder Diebstahl von ihrem Chalet. Wiederbeschaffungskosten werden automatisch Ihrer Kreditkarte belastet.
* Zwei Einzelpersonen die separate Betten im gleichen Chalet anfordern, zahlen einen Aufpreis von $15 - um zusätzliche Kosten und Arbeit zu decken.
* Gutscheine können nicht erstattet werden und unterliegen den gleichen Bedingungen wie eine normale Buchung.
* Keine Erstattung bei unbenutzter Zeit, es sei denn das Chalet wird wiedervermietet.
* Rauchen ist nur außerhalb des Chalet gestattet.
* Zuschläge und minimale Übernachtungen ganzjährig möglich.
* Ein Zuschlag von 20% gilt für Aufenthalte über alle langen Wochenende und zwischen dem 24. Dezember und 2. Januar.
* Tarife, Buchungen und Bedingungen sowie unsere Absagebedingungen können ohne vorherige Bekanntmachung geändert werden.
* Alle Preise sind inklusive GST (Waren und Dienstleistungs-Steuer).
* Sorry, keine Haustiere erlaubt.

Zahlungsbedingungen
* Zur Zeit der Buchung müssen Sie einen Betrag von $260 - bis $300 - bezahlen um Ihr Chalet zu sichern, je nachdem wie viele Nächte Sie gebucht haben. Wir bevorzugen die Zahlung mit einer Kreditkarte.
* Visa & MasterCard kostenfrei. Mit AMEX entstehen eine + 3 % Gebühr.

Stornierungsbedingungen
* Wie wir Ihre Anmeldung in gutem Glauben zu halten, arbeiten wir unter eine 21-Tage-Stornierungsbedingungen.
* Wenn Buchung mehr als 21 Tage vor Ankunft stornieren, wird eine Rückerstattung abzüglich unserer Stornogebühr AUS$50 gegeben.-
* Falls die Buchung innerhalb von 21 Tagen vor Anreise storniert wird, muss die Hütte-Zeit zuerst wieder lassen. Ansonsten ist die volle Zahlung weiterhin erforderlich.
* Wenn wir Ihre gebuchten Chalet-Zeit wieder voll lassen haben, Gäste sind dann Willkommen auf Erstattung abzüglich unserer $50 - Stornogebühr, oder die Buchung auf einen späteren Zeitpunkt verschieben. Diese Option ist kostenfrei.
